Digital Retail Display – Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the agreement between Digital Retail Display (“DRD”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and the client (“Client”, “you”, or “your”) for the provision, installation, and use of digital display monitors (“Equipment”) and related services at retail or commercial establishments.
By signing a service agreement, taking delivery of DRD Equipment, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Scope of Service
1.1 DRD provides digital display monitors for use in retail and commercial spaces.
1.2 The Equipment remains the sole property of DRD, unless explicitly purchased.
1.3 DRD may provide additional software or advertising management services.
2. Installation and Setup
2.1 DRD will install the Equipment at the Client’s premises as agreed.
2.2 The Client must ensure suitable power supply, internet connectivity, and mounting conditions.
2.3 Relocation or modification after setup may incur extra fees.
3. Ownership and Use
3.1 All Equipment remains DRD property.
3.2 The Client must not tamper with or misuse the Equipment.
3.3 Content displayed must comply with all applicable laws.
3.4 DRD may remove or suspend content that violates these terms.
4. Fees and Payment
4.1 Fees are outlined in the signed agreement.
4.2 Late payments may result in interest or suspension of services.
4.3 Message and data rates may apply for mobile communications.
5. SMS and Communication Terms
5.1 By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive text messages from Digital Retail Display regarding updates, support, or service notifications.
5.2 Message frequency may vary depending on your interaction with our services.
5.3 You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to unsubscribe.

5.6 No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

6. Maintenance and Support
DRD provides maintenance and technical support during the agreement term. Clients must report issues promptly.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate with written notice per contract. Upon termination, all DRD Equipment must be returned.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States and applicable state jurisdictions.
By using Digital Retail Display’s services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
